Executive Coaching is collaborative process of personal and professional development. In this process, the coach and client enter into partnership in an effort to address problematic behaviors, improve performance and/or focus on specific development outcomes.
Together the coach and client take a journey of self-discovery, awareness and explore the most appropriate interventions. This can include goal setting, action plans, modeling, mindset and behavioral changes, EQ competency development, books and other resources that will help the client on their journey.
