e2s Strategies, initially established as a Human Resources consulting firm, was founded by Rukiya Robinson, our visionary Chief Transformation Officer. In her HR role, Rukiya swiftly recognized that the underlying causes of the challenges she was brought in to organizations address—such as toxic work environments, ambiguous cultures, disengaged employees, and high turnover—were closely tied to leaders who lacked the necessary skills and preparation to navigate these complex challenges. This profound realization presented a unique opportunity, leading e2s Strategies to evolve, specialize, and rebrand as a premier Leadership Development and Organizational Consulting firm.
It was within this transformative context that Rukiya's passion for driving top-down organizational change took root, propelling her towards collaborations with notable organizations and leaders who held significant influence and capacity. This pivotal juncture marked the beginning of her journey in working with high-profile clients who sought her expertise in effecting profound shifts within their organizations.
With a profound understanding of the challenges stemming from ill-equipped leaders, Rukiya and the team at e2s Strategies are dedicated to providing targeted solutions and driving comprehensive transformations that empower leaders and organizations to thrive.
